Access cliques

Code and datasests used in the analysis for our paper Network accessibility as the emergence of cliques.

• data4.pkl – generalised travel time matrices for all networks
• access_graphs.pkl.gz – access graphs in a dict of dicts {‘city name’: ‘t_b’: access graph adjacency matrix}
• access_cliques.py – Python code

The distance matrices were calculated from the L-space and P-space representations published in the datasets at the following urls, also cited in the paper:
