Bioinformatics Training Workshop

This session marks the transition from guided learning to independent investigation. You are now equipped to apply bioinformatics tools, interpret your results critically, and work collaboratively to solve real surveillance challenges.

The data is now publicly available on Zenodo, you can either manually download or use wget. Once downloaded be sure to unzip the file using:
