Data repository for: Triggered slow slip to the trench at the Hikurangi subduction zone detected in borehole observatories

Data files included here are for Carlson et al. 2026, “Triggered slow slip to the trench at the Hikurangi subduction zone detected in borehole observatories.”

## Data files —–
U1518_raw.csv – unprocessed formation and wellhead pressure data from Site U1518. Pressure is in kilopascals.
U1519_raw.csv – unprocessed formation and wellhead pressure data form Site U1519. Pressure is in kilopascals.
TU20PN.csv – seafloor pressure data used to remove oceanographic noise from Site U1518 wellhead pressure. Pressure is in kilopascals with the mean removed.
GNS20PF.csv – seafloor pressure data used to remove oceanographic noise from Site U1519 wellhead pressure. Pressure is in kilopascals with the mean removed.

## Model related files —–
VPref_Greensfxn.csv – library of Green’s Functions for our preferred model (VPref).
VHet_Greensfxn.csv – library of Green’s Functions for the heterogeneous model without a low elastic moduli layer (VHet).
VHom_Greensfxn.csv – library of Green’s Functions for the homogeneous model (VHom).
fault_coords.txt – Fault coordinates used in our model, from Williams et al. (2013). Column 1 is distance from the trench in meters, column 2 is depth below sea level in meters.
topobathy_coords.txt – Topography and bathymetry coordinates used in our model, from Mitchell et al. 2012. Column 1 is distance from the trench in meters, column 2 is depth or elevation relative to sealevel.
VPref_spatialdatabase.spatialdb – Spatial database containing Vp, Vs, and density for our preferred model (VPref).
