Dataset: A Comprehensive Analysis of Large‑Scale SDR Synchronisation with the OctoClock‑G
Dataset description: The data is captured using two time- and frequency-synchronised USRP X410 SDRs. To synchronise the two devices, an NI OctoClock-G is used. The transmitter consists of a USRP B210 equipped with a 10 dB attenuator, which transmitted a sine wave generated
Dataset description:
The data is captured using two time- and frequency-synchronised USRP X410 SDRs. To synchronise the two devices, an NI OctoClock-G is used. The transmitter consists of a USRP B210 equipped with a 10 dB attenuator, which transmitted a sine wave generated with the Universal Hardware Driver. This signal is sent through a 1-to-8 RF splitter network to the USRP X410 SDRs.
Transmitting a sine wave with UHD:
- uhd_siggen -a ‘serial=your_device_serial‘ -s 1e6 -f 2412e6 -v -A ‘TX/RX’ –amplitude=1.0 –sine -g 69.75
- uhd_siggen -a ‘serial=your_device_serial‘ -s 1e6 -f 2437e6 -v -A ‘TX/RX’ –amplitude=1.0 –sine -g 69.75
- uhd_siggen -a ‘serial=your_device_serial‘ -s 1e6 -f 2462e6 -v -A ‘TX/RX’ –amplitude=1.0 –sine -g 69.75
with higher TX gain:
- uhd_siggen -a ‘serial=your_device_serial‘ -s 1e6 -f 2412e6 -v -A ‘TX/RX’ –amplitude=1.0 –sine -g 79.75
- uhd_siggen -a ‘serial=your_device_serial‘ -s 1e6 -f 2437e6 -v -A ‘TX/RX’ –amplitude=1.0 –sine -g 79.75
- uhd_siggen -a ‘serial=your_device_serial‘ -s 1e6 -f 2462e6 -v -A ‘TX/RX’ –amplitude=1.0 –sine -g 79.75
