The file contains the R-code, metadata, bulk RNAseq data from the in vitro iPSC-derived IEC and pseudobulk of single-cell RNAseq data from the in vivo small intestinal epithelial cells representing fetal and adult (hinxton) and neonatal (rehovot).
Pseudobulk data were generated with the R code and the original single-cell RNAseq data from:
