This folder contains the files required to recreate the hydro. simulations used in the publication Alaguero et al. 2026 [https://arxiv.org/abs/2607.14788].
Simulations were run with the publicly available Phantom code (https://github.com/danieljprice/phantom). Visualisation of the files can be done using splash (https://github.com/danieljprice/splash).
Each folder is titled with the corresponding simulation name. In each simulation folder are two child folders:
– Gas contains the gas.in file to start the gas-only simulations and the final dump used to add the dust grains using the ‘adddust’ moddump utility (see the Phantom documentation, https://phantomsph.readthedocs.io/en/latest/). It also contains the initial disc parameters. Note that for OB0 and OB5, we added a companion star using the ‘binary’ moddump utility at the end of the gas simulation of ref.
– gas.in input file created from phantomsetup and necessary to run the simulation with ‘phantom name.in’
– gas_00000 dump file of the initial state
– gas_00130 dump file where dust was added
– gas.discparams disc parameters
– Growth contains data for the 4 simulations with dust:
– grow.in input file created from phantomsetup and necessary to run the simulation with ‘phantom name.in’
– grow_00000 dump file of the initial state
– grow_01000 dump file used for the analysis
– phantom_version file containing the phantom version used in these simulations
