This study offers an in-depth examination of futsal as a significant means for enhancing the physical and personal development of young individuals in Uzbekistan. It investigates the physiological features of futsal as a sport discipline and its effects on the functional systems of the human organism. The research also focuses on the improvement of fundamental motor abilities, such as rapidity, coordination, explosive strength, and stamina, which are notably developed through consistent engagement in futsal activities.

Moreover, considerable emphasis is placed on the role of futsal in the formation of essential personal qualities among young athletes. The sport supports the cultivation of teamwork skills, leadership capacity, self-discipline, accountability, and adherence to a healthy lifestyle. In addition, futsal contributes to the promotion of social values and the reinforcement of patriotic upbringing among the youth population in Uzbekistan.
