Molecular dynamics trajectories of LmrP embedded in a mixed POPE/POPG lipid membrane

This dataset contains molecular dynamics trajectory files for LmrP embedded in a mixed POPE/POPG lipid membrane. The accompanying PDB files correspond to the first frame of each trajectory and are provided for structural reference. The uploaded trajectories were generated from the original MD trajectories by removing solvent molecules and virtual sites, and were post-processed using GROMACS gmx trjconv tool with the -center and -pbc mol options.
