Tumor and normal lung cancer exome data from Ju et al. Genome Res. 22:436–445, 2012.

Fastq files were retrieved from SRA (Sequence Read Archive): ERA148528

Original data is :

  • 100bp paired-end reads, Illumina HiSeq 2000.

  • Mean depth 100X for the tumor sample, 30X for the normal (blood) sample (~15 Gb tumor ; ~7 Gb blood)

Fastq files were subsampled to keep only reads covering ~110kbases

Genes of interest with somatic mutations include: KRAS, VWDE, SLC5A1, STYXL2(DUSP27), CENPF
