This dataset contains LiDAR point cloud data acquired within the SUM4Re (Creating Materials Banks from Digital Urban Mining) project, and target IFC models. The data were collected in three indoor/outdoor building environments to capture detailed 3D information about architectural elements and construction components. These LiDAR datasets support the development of digital workflows for urban mining, enabling the identification, characterization, and documentation of building materials and structural elements in existing constructions. The point clouds provide high-resolution geometric information that can be used for tasks such as 3D reconstruction, segmentation, semantic analysis, and integration with BIM.
