Apollo
Apollo from 1779 in the park of Schönbrunn Palace. The marble statue was made by Johann Baptist Hagenauer and is depicted as a god shooting arrows. According to Greek mythology, Apollo used his arrows to kill the snake Python, which is curled around a tree trunk here.
