- Voxel files at 0.25 m resolution created using AMAPvox, export in .vox format,
- AMAPvox configuration files for GUI in .xml format
- R code to pre-process Lidar point clouds, calculated PAD and export in table format
- Boundary shapefile to define oak plot area in UAV Lidar flights as .shp format
- Workbook including code and descriptions to follow the processing pipeline (.html format).
